As I’ve said before, prepared and processed foods are hidden source of this and other dangers, like high-fructose corn syrup….So…READ THE LABELS!!!! Many products have unexpectedly high levels of sodium in a single serving. road runner . diamond rings . For example, an 11.5 ounce can of V-8-yes, V-8 a so-called ‘healthy drink’-has 29% of the recommended daily allowance of sodium.
